A little about me
I am a passionate UX designer with a love for creating seamless, user-friendly experiences. When I'm not refining digital interfaces, you can find me spending time with my dogs or working on home remodeling projects, where I bring the same love of design and creativity to transforming spaces as I do to my design work. Whether it's crafting intuitive designs or redesigning a living space, I thrive on making things both functional and beautiful.
My design journey
​My design journey began at Western Washington University, where I earned a BA in Photography. This foundation in visual storytelling sparked my passion for design and creativity. After graduation, I spent several years producing large-format prints for a local photographer, and immersing myself in the intricacies of layout design, proofing, testing, and file preparation for print packaging while working for a prepress company. This hands-on experience taught me the importance of understanding the tangible connection between design and its real-world applications.

Driven to expand my knowledge and skillset, I returned to school to pursue a BFA in Graphic Design. This decision not only refined my design capabilities but also unlocked opportunities across diverse industries where I began to explore and develop my UX skills. From creating seamless user experiences to solving complex design challenges, I found immense satisfaction in crafting intuitive solutions that bridge the gap between users' needs and business goals.

At the beginning of my journey, I was fortunate to work under the guidance of an extraordinary mentor who profoundly influenced my personal and professional growth. Their wisdom and encouragement instilled in me a deep appreciation for mentorship and its power to shape careers and perspectives. This experience also reinforced my belief in the value of collaboration as a constant learning opportunity, where every interaction offers a chance to grow and gain new insights.
